These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aethis Law website and any related services. Aethis Law is a trading name of OmniKind Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

Aethis Law provides software tools intended to support immigration case preparation and related administrative workflows. The service is designed to assist legal professionals and their clients and does not replace professional legal judgement.

Access to the platform may be provided on a limited, invitation-only basis, including as part of a pilot or pre-release programme.


2. No legal advice

OmniKind Ltd (trading as Aethis Law) is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Any information, outputs, or assistance provided by the platform are for support purposes only. Solicitors and authorised legal professionals remain fully responsible for reviewing all materials, making legal determinations, and submitting applications to the Home Office or other authorities.


3. Pilot and pre-release status

The Aethis Law platform is currently in pilot or pre-release stage. Features may change, be withdrawn, or discontinued at any time.

During this phase, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.


4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure that any data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Comply with applicable laws and professional obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials issued to you.


5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Aethis Law platform, website, and related materials are owned by or licensed to OmniKind Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to such intellectual property other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.


6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniKind Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.


7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
